Early Years Key Worker

We use a Key Worker model, in which a dedicated primary therapist works closely with each child and their family while our other therapists are available for consults as required.

Your Key Worker works with and supports others in your child’s life such as Early Childhood Education staff, extended family, and support workers, upskilling them so they can follow through on therapy recommendations. They can also support your child to be included at childcare and kinder, and help with transitions into Early Childhood settings or school. We are happy to liaise with others in your team including Allied Health professionals, paediatricians and other medical specialists.

In addition to our speech and physiotherapy services, occupational therapy (OT) consults with our partner therapists can be arranged for children with whom we have a Key Worker plan.
