Fees

All services are charged at our hourly rate which complies with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Pricing Arrangements. You may be eligible for funding through one of the options below.

Funding

NDIS

We can offer services to children with plan-managed or self-managed funding. If you have any questions about how you can use NDIS funding with our therapists, please feel free to ask us.

MEDICARE

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for 5 sessions per calendar year if your child has a chronic condition. This rebate reduces your out of pocket costs. To access this funding, talk to your GP about your eligibility for a Chronic Disease Management Plan.

HEALTH INSURANCE

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate on our services – check with your insurer about whether this applies to you.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is consistent with NDIS guidelines. Cancellations will be charged if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.
